We offer educational support, OSCE training, and English language exam preparation (IELTS/OET) for nursing students and professionals. Service details, including pricing and availability, are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

4. Enrollment and Payment

- Enrollment in our programs requires submission of the enrollment form and payment of applicable fees.
- Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) for Nigeria-based students and British Pounds (£) for UK relocation programs, as outlined on our Pricing page.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise (see Refunds below).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

- Refunds are not provided for completed payments unless a course is canceled by us.
- If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
- You may cancel your enrollment within 48 hours of registration for a 50% refund, provided the program has not started.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos—is owned by Prime Nursing Consult LTD or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to your enrollment.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
- Share or distribute course materials without authorization.
- Interfere with the operation of our website (e.g., through hacking or malware).

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Nursing Consult LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
